My Gaze Beyond Time

Fang Shan-Han is a Taiwanese visual artist living and working in London now. After the research of watercolour painting and honoured the MFA degree of NTNU, the artist began to manipulate the inter-media to narrative the fleeting changing urban environment and modern nomadic perceptions. In this work - THE OTHER SIDE, the video contents present the textures of “palimpsestes” by applying multi-layered moving images. Thus the elements of historic conflicts and borders  seem to be  erased and rewritten repeatedly. The artist will endeavour in the field of interactive and digital performance.
